Checks Tomorrow Morning Program

Want the ability to give your customer next day service without a rush charge? Then NBS has something for you.

The revolutionary method NBS has created is called the CTM program. CTM stands for Checks Tomorrow Morning. You submit the imprint variables using simple screens from the NBS website and NBS will format the order and send you back PDF files that you will use to imprint checks in your office, using a HP 8000 MICR printer or equivalent and NBS special base stock that you will already have on hand. The order gets printed in your office just a few minutes after you send us your customer's specs. All you have to know is how to spell "print". Put the order in a shipping box and give it to your ground delivery service for normal next morning delivery.

CTM is specifically designed to help the dealer in areas where access to major plants is limited to air freight service for rush orders. All that matters is where you are. We have found that most of the customers of dealers and distributors are in UPS zone one and automatically receive overnight ground service. This also happens to be the least expensive way to ship a small package. Orders are imprinted at your location immediately so nobody has to wait ten days for checks and if checks are needed in a hurry nobody has to pay extra.

Entering the order on the website takes no longer than writing up a P.O. for the check supplier that you are using now. Setting up the order for printing in the HP 8000 takes less than 5 minutes and you don't have to watch it while it prints 24 checks per minute until the order is done. Put the checks in a box and stick on a computer generated shipping label. If you include your reorder form and an invoice in the box, you will save one #10 envelope and one first class stamp. Think about how nice it will be not to have to follow up to make sure that your current supplier shipped five days from now as promised.

If you don't want to imprint checks in your office NBS will print and ship for you. Entering the order will be the same including receiving a proof in your office. The actual check printing will be in an NBS location.

What are the requirements for the CTM program?

1. You must be a business document dealer reseller and have an open account with no restrictions at NBS Systems.

2. You must have a standard PC and have at least dial up internet access.

3. You will need a HP 8000 printer with a MICR toner cartridge. An equivalent printer will be OK but NBS cannot guarantee to support all printers.
